Remedial Works – Hunters Hill
This strata plan building consists of 12 apartments in the inner west suburb of Hunters Hill. “Brick growth” over the past fifty years caused cracks to form along the external brick walls. The crack was visible from the outside, and was a cause of concern for residents.
Spinryde Home Renovations worked to rectify the fault by “stitching” the corners together with stainless steel pins, saw-cutting a “control joint” for the full height of the wall, and installing a flexible sealant on completion.
The result was both aesthetically-pleasing and reassuring for the occupants of the building.
